When my flight was cancelled, I ended up at Aurelis Hotel. The staff were so kind and patient, and went out of their way to make me feel looked after. What could have been a stressful night became a comforting one. I felt safe and welcome as soon as I arrived, and my room was cozy and clean. I’m grateful for their warmth during a difficult moment and would happily recommend the hotel.

The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn’t clean, and service was extremely slow, especially at the breakfast bar. If you have allergies, tell them when you arrive there or they’ll bring you the same breakfast as everyone else. You can’t really order what you want. It’s not far from the airport, but the roads are terrible and unlit, so be careful.

A nice place near Airport Tirana. The room was very spacious, but it lacked Wi-Fi.

Major gave us particularly great service, making communication around breakfast and food easy. The service was amazing, and the prawns were a main in taste.

Lovely place, and the staff handled things so well when 60 to 70 guests arrived unexpectedly after a lengthy delay at the airport. Well done, guys ❤️🥂🏴
