The fixed breakfast, with just two options, was the only downside of my stay. The room was beautiful and had a jacuzzi that really could be filled with hot water. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and they promptly helped me set up the room for a birthday surprise, even though I changed my arrival time a few times. Excellent stay.

The rooms were good and the staff were great. Breakfast was really good too, and there was parking outside the building. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport and closer to the city centre, with a taxi costing 1000 lek.

I had a great stay at Bonsai. The rooms were clean and in good condition, and all the staff were polite and very helpful. Klejdi took time out of a busy day to suggest places to visit and things to do. He was always happy to go the extra mile, which I really appreciated.

Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, and the spotless, well-kept rooms made the stay comfortable. I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

After a long day out, it was great to return to a clean, welcoming room and a comfortable bed. We stayed for 4 nights, and the hotel was excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and clean, with large comfortable beds and pillows and a great shower. Breakfast is generous and made to order, then served at your table. It includes eggs, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and parking is free. This excellent boutique hotel is on the outskirts of Tirana, away from the busy centre, 12 minutes from Skanderberg square and 4 minutes from the TEG mall. Highly recommended!
