Hotel Jurgen

The construction noise started at 7am, which was the main downside. There’s no elevator, so that could be difficult if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff very friendly. They gave us toothbrushes and bottled water for free, since apparently you shouldn’t drink the tap water in Albania. It’s a convenient place to spend the night after arriving late, just a six-minute walk from the airport.

I slept really well and felt recharged for my next flight. You can hear some noise through the thin walls, but it wasn’t too much. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the bathroom was great. It’s a five to ten-minute walk from the airport, though the gates mean you first have to walk left to the roundabout, then head back toward the airport. The location is still amazing value. I’d recommend it if you want a relaxed flight from Tirana to home or somewhere else.

Clean and comfortable for an overnight stop when you need a shower before an early flight. Very convenient.

I stayed one night before my flight and had a very good experience. The staff were wonderful, and the food they made at the restaurant was delicious. In the airport area, this is the best hotel I found. Everything was perfect, and I’d recommend it.
