We booked because we thought it was near the bus terminal, but there’s a highway between it and the hotel, so you can’t walk there. Even a taxi charged a lot for the few-minute drive from the mall. This place is really only practical if you have a car. Without one, there’s no nearby restaurant or convenience store, just the pub and restaurant inside the resort. The room itself was big, but the lighting was weak and the air-conditioning too. A taxi to the airport is quick because the road doesn’t go back through the city center and avoids its busy traffic, but I couldn’t find any other public transport to the airport from here.

The rooms stay dark even with every light on. There’s no road to the bus station or mall, and walking means using the highway. We managed, though.

One evening I came back to find Turkish tea in my room. I’d told the housekeeper I hadn’t had any for 15 days and missed drinking it. Thank you so much, especially Ms. Lumturie. Small gestures like that can build customer loyalty and satisfaction, and some people seem to do it naturally, without training. I congratulate the staff on their commitment. The hotel is very clean and calming, in a very good location, with nice rooms and really friendly staff. Everyone was committed to good service and communication. I highly recommend it. 🫶🙏

The hotel is good, but without a car you can’t really get anywhere from here. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, and although there’s a trade center close by, you’d have to walk along the highway to reach it. The hotel restaurant isn’t always open, so you could end up with nothing to eat. Breakfast starts at 8am, which leaves no option for early risers.

The atmosphere was awesome, and I really liked the modern style. The rooms were very clean, and the receptionist and waiters were friendly and committed to great service. I had a great time at your hotel. Highly recommend! Amazing, 10 out of 10 😄
