The hotel staff were so kind. After our airport transfer, the driver told us all about Albania and the Tiranë area, then walked us right to the hotel so we wouldn't get lost. The man at reception helped carry our heavy backpacks upstairs and showed us how the motorized curtains and TV worked. Our room was spotless. Such lovely people and a lovely place!

Bojka was especially helpful and kind, and made our stay even better. The service was great throughout. Hotel Star has a lovely atmosphere and high standards. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it.

The staff were professional, kind, and helpful, and the room was clean. We really liked the modern look, mini fridge, and the great Wi-Fi and AC. The smart TV came with their Netflix account, Disney, and Amazon Prime too. This hotel made our vacation better, and we’ll definitely come back next time. Thanks for making us feel comfortable.

The staff checked in with us now and then to see if we needed anything, and were always friendly and accommodating. They also helped us figure out how to get around the city. We stayed for 10 days through the hot summer weather and were very comfortable. Top notch service. We’ll definitely come back!

We stayed for 9 nights at an excellent price. The hotel and room were clean and well kept, and the center is very close. I recommend it with complete confidence and will definitely return. 🥰🤩🤩
