The bed was really comfortable and the room was fairly clean, though it got hot. We only stayed five hours, so we put up with the second room even though its air conditioning didn’t work. They’d moved us there after we brushed against exposed wires while opening the curtain in the first room and blew the circuit. I’d look for somewhere safer and better quality.

We flew in late from London on 11/06/26 and stayed the night before picking up our car and heading out in the morning. The man at reception was so welcoming and lovely. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He was the perfect first welcome to Albania. Thank you!

The hotel is very close to the airport and easy enough to walk to. The room was good, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. It’s an older building, but everything felt fresh and well maintained, especially for a three star hotel. Can’t ask for much more.

They let us wait in the lounge after checkout while we waited for our plane, even after we’d handed back the keys. That small kindness really stood out. The staff were among the friendliest we’ve met, always warm, helpful, and smiling. We especially appreciated a very sweet, attentive woman with short black hair and glasses. She made us feel looked after, and her warm manner made the stay even better. This felt like a place where guests are genuinely cared for, and I’d recommend it.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and the hotel itself is great. But it isn’t as close to the airport as I expected. I walked 15-17 minutes in the heat with my luggage, and wished they offered airport transfers. The lifts weren’t working, which they said was because of the storm, so we had to use the stairs. There’s no restaurant in the hotel either, you have to go out.
