The rooms had a million-dollar view, and the hygiene was at an enviable level. We were glad to stay here and have only positive things to say. The staff were pleasant and friendly, especially the manager and the guys at reception. Thank you for being such dedicated hosts. We had parking right in front of the hotel, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, and our room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The location is perfect.

The view is nice, and there’s a parking lot, but the hotel is far from the center. It’s quiet on the street, which is good, though walking there means a long trek. Breakfast is basic buffet food, and you only get coffee if you ask. The room felt like a cheap motel, with altered furniture and a broken louver in place of a curtain. The bathroom had mold and dirt, the shower cabin was literally broken, and they’d put something on its floor so you wouldn’t see it. The floor gets very wet when you shower. For a four-star hotel, I expected more than plastic slippers instead of disposable ones. It’s just okay, maybe suitable for one night while passing through, but not a four-star stay.

A cozy, very nice hotel with friendly staff and a lovely view over the bay of Vlora. Our room worked fine for one night. Some water escaped from the shower and wet the floor around it, but we could deal with that easily.
