All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average and could be better. It's a nice little hotel in the centre of Valona, convenient for staying downtown, though not very close to the beach. Rooms are a bit small, but they're new, well furnished, and all have balconies. A kettle with tea and coffee would round things out.

The hotel's interior is beautiful, chic, and stylish, and its central spot in Vlore makes it easy to get to shops and restaurants. We were welcomed so kindly and given detox water when we arrived. The staff suggested restaurants and beaches, and arranged a taxi that came right away. The owner also went out of her way to accommodate us. When we ate at her restaurant, Naval Beach Bar, she paid for one round of beers. I highly recommend it.
