Agarak is a small border town where people mostly farm, with almost no city attractions or sightseeing. There are only a few modest hotels for people passing through on their way to or from Yerevan, and Marishok is a solid option for a night. Its rooms are limited in number but clean, with new appliances, sparkling bathrooms, and comfortable beds and linen. Downstairs there’s a restaurant with a good bar where you can spend some time, and they also bring meals to your room. We stayed one night and could continue our trip at sunrise.
