La Defense Hotel Yerevan

We paid, but the sauna and jacuzzi were cold and they didn’t heat them up. When we left the room, we weren’t refunded. I don’t recommend them or trust them. They’re liars.

The place is a bit far from the city, so having a car or arranging transport helps. Still, it’s great value. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout the property. Staff at reception, the restaurant, and room service were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good, and dinner was tasty and reasonably priced. The separate buildings for the rooms, gym, pool, and other facilities make for a cool layout.

We spent a lot of time playing billiards in the dedicated room. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was good. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Shout out to the very beautiful girl who worked reception that weekend! 10/10, I’ll go back when I stay in Yerevan.

The service and management were very unprofessional, including the managers and accountants. I tried to pay in advance for my guests, but the hotel sent the wrong bank details. As a result, their intermediary bank charged me a commission of 50% of my sum. The transfer sat unidentified at that bank for seven days, and La Defense refused to do anything about it. Sadly, they did nothing.
