Madam Roza and the other owners were genuinely kind and helped us with a lot. The guesthouse was beautiful and close to Lake Sevan, but what stood out most was how exceptionally clean it was.

I loved these people and how they made our stay in a small town comfortable. The place was very clean, with a big garden full of flowers and fruit trees. The lady was very kind, and spoke English with help from Google Translate.

There’s a lovely garden, and parking is available. Breakfast can be arranged on request. The charming guesthouse has three rooms upstairs: two twin rooms with partial lake views and one double. Bathroom facilities are shared, with one toilet and sink and another toilet and shower.
