The staff were polite, but the poor communication and disorganization made the stay stressful, and the room wasn’t clean. We’d booked a Deluxe Room two weeks ahead. While we were on our way, the receptionist called to say there was a reservation problem and offered another room without explaining clearly. Since I’m pregnant, I asked for a room on the same floor so I wouldn’t need to use stairs. The alternative room had dirty bed linens. We waited while staff checked our original room, then were told it couldn’t be fixed, and waited again for the bedding to be changed. Before we arrived, we’d been told dinner would be available at the restaurant or through room service. When we tried to order, we were told they couldn’t take any orders because of a concert. It didn’t meet our expectations.
