A peaceful, quiet spot close to the city. The place was very clean, communication was excellent, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook, plus a washing machine. I highly recommend this B&B.

Arthur is a very welcoming host. Maybe that’s not unusual in the Caucasus, but we really did feel like guests visiting a friend. The garden is lovely, green and cosy, with a BBQ area. The location is convenient for shops, restaurants and a good hiking spot with caves. Everything was clean, with calm colours, and the bath had everything we needed, including a bidet. It was quiet outside the window and easy to sleep. Highly recommended!

Beautiful garden, and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful. They speak English here. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom looked brand new. Excellent, 10/10!

The host was really nice and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean. It’s close to shops and services, and the garden is beautiful. We were even invited to a birthday party, which was a lot of fun. Thank you :)
