Our booking had a mistake in it, but Arusik and David found a way to sort it out. Over our three nights, we also got to chat with them several times. They're genuinely friendly as well as helpful. The house is well placed and parking was easy. Our rooms were clean and spacious, each with its own bathroom, and we could use a small kitchen and do laundry. Thanks again!

We spent two nights here and would gladly return. David and Arusik are honest, wonderful people, and their hospitality really stood out. Breakfast was delicious and there was more than we could manage to eat. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the B&B is easy to get to from the train station, about a 10-minute walk from the center.

We arrived in the rain and were glad to spend time inside. It was colder than usual, but they had the heating on to keep us comfortable. Arusik welcomed us with big smiles and some delicious gata, and on our second day we had the best coffee we tried in Armenia. The place is spotless and cozy, with all the amenities you might need for a short or longer stay. It's close to everything but still quiet. Arusik speaks great English, which we appreciated since English isn't widely spoken and many places don't communicate in it. Her smile was so warm. Very highly recommended, you don't find guesthouses like this often.
