Inga at reception was so kind, and the location is right in the city center. I spent one night here while visiting Gyumri and really loved this beautiful hotel. My room was clean and very comfortable.

We felt at home here, thanks to the welcoming owners and friendly, professional staff who spoke English. The breakfast was excellent, and the yard and bar were lovely places to unwind in the evening and try their own flavored vodka. The cozy, comfortable rooms and bedding were exceptionally clean. Downtown is an easy walk away. It was a great stay in Gyumri, and Jinjotel is where I'd stay again.

The owners and staff really made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the city center is just a few minutes away on foot. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I'd happily recommend it and come back next time I'm in Gyumri.
