The location worked really well for our train trip from Yerevan, since Kayaran home is right by the railway station. We could walk to the city center in 15 minutes or get there by taxi in 5. Lusine welcomed us herself and, as first-time visitors to Gyumri, explained everything we needed to know. She's one of the friendliest and most polite hosts we've met. The house was cozy, very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. We'll definitely book this lovely apartment again when we return to Gyumri.

The center is a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is just a minute from the apartment, ideal for catching the 7:45 a.m. train to Yerevan. We paid 13,500 drams, a reasonable price for the location, cleanliness, and lovely apartment. We booked through Booking, and the photos on Booking.com matched what we found. The apartment is new, spotless, and has everything you need, including hand and body towels, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, and cotton swabs. The bed's mattress was very comfortable, and the hostess was attentive and wonderful.

There’s plenty of free parking here, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is right across from Gyumri Station, with a comfortable bed too.

I was happy with everything. The house was clean, the window had a beautiful view, and the landlady was very friendly.
