I booked in an emergency, and the 24-hour reception was great. The room ran a bit too hot, but otherwise everything was good value. The location is perfect, right in the center next to Varadants Square.

That bathroom was the best I've had in Armenia, and the beds were so comfortable. The room was clean too. I'd definitely stay here again.

There was very little privacy because the doors and walls did such a poor job of blocking sound. I could hear everything from the corridor, and cigarette smoke from a nearby room drifted into ours. The rooms are small, and the boiler takes a while before a second person can shower. It felt overpriced. Don't trust review platforms like booking agoda airbnb etc. because, in my view, they censor criticism.
