I wish I could have stayed more than one night. The owners are friendly and caring, and dinner and breakfast were delicious, all at a very reasonable price. My room was clean and beautiful, had everything I needed, and opened onto a wonderful balcony. I definitely recommend this place.

We had no complaints. The beds were comfortable, the rooms super clean, and the balcony had an amazing view. The garden is lush too. We’ll definitely come back.

There are two sections to the house, reached from entrances on different lanes. The upper part has a balcony with a view; the lower part doesn’t, but has a beautiful garden right in front. It’s near the main street, up a stepped lane. The owner is friendly and speaks a little English.

I was traveling around, so I could only stay one night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The owner is the sweetest lady, and she cooks dinner and breakfast for you, with more food than you can manage. There are quaint little balconies behind the rooms where you can unwind in the evening.

Anakhit, the owner, is a lovely angel and an incredible cook. You have to eat here, her food from the small kitchen is fantastic. The place is clean, with a great view and a good location. Maybe the best place in all of Armenia.
