Our room had an amazing view over the valley and river, which was the best part of it. Breakfast was good, and Kristine, the receptionist and manager, was welcoming and very helpful. There’s free parking, and supermarkets, restaurants, and the small city center are all within walking distance.

The hotel has no stars listed, but I’d give it three or even four. There’s free parking and billiards and tennis, and it’s near Jermuk's waterfall. The rooms are clean, and some have a really beautiful view. I’ve only been once, but I strongly recommend coming to relax and enjoy it.

We had a very nice stay and would come back anytime. The staff were friendly, the room was huge and had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We also had a lovely view. Breakfast was prepared especially for us. We can really recommend the hotel.

The balcony had an amazing view, and there’s a play area for children and lots of parking. Breakfast was wonderful too. The location is beautiful, the staff were helpful, and the service was exceptional. Everything about the place was perfect.
