The spa treatments were professional and relaxing, and the staff throughout Moselle were friendly, attentive, and professional. We also ate well at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our newly renovated room was very clean and comfortable, with a modern, well-designed bathroom and thoughtful amenities. The king-size mattress was a real highlight for me. My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Jermuk, and the peaceful getaway gave us what we were looking for. We’d happily return.

We stayed at Moselle for the New Year, arriving before their package began and leaving a day after it ended. The food was our biggest disappointment. We raised it with the staff, who were responsive and arranged for us to speak with the chef, but things didn’t really improve. More dishes appeared when the New Year package started, then the selection shrank again afterward. If you eat meat and are used to what’s offered in Jermuk, you’ll probably be fine: there’s something to eat, and the food is decent quality. As vegetarians, we mostly had pasta, rice, potatoes, eggs, cheese, and salads. We could get by, but it wasn’t food we enjoyed. The dishes also aren’t labeled as they are in other hotels, so you have to ask or try them. Compared with other hotels, the selection is poor, and it seems to be the hotel’s policy. That cost them two stars for us, since you face the same issue three times a day throughout the stay. The spa was another major reason we came to Jermuk. The equipment is brand new and the hotel is renovated, but they prescribed us no more than five different procedures. Some of our family members were offered only four. We had to escalate the issue and plead for a couple more procedures. Management tried to help, and the chief doctor eventually prescribed additional ones, but it took a lot of nerves and cost us days. We’ve never run into this at other hotels. That’s another star off. They seemed to try hard to make the New Year celebration good, and I’m sure some guests had no complaints. But when we arrived, there wasn’t a place for us at the table assigned to us. After waiting, staff set up a table for the four of us, and we were happy for a while. Then a larger group had nowhere to sit, so they arranged a bigger table and asked us to move. They asked us to move again after that. We’d had enough and stayed where we were. The package isn’t cheap, and these mistakes were frustrating. The hot food choices were meat and fish, with baked potato the only hot vegetarian option. The food was okay for non-vegetarians. Other little things irritated us too and made it seem like the hotel design hadn’t been thought through. There are two saunas, which is nice, but nowhere to lie down and relax, just a couple of chairs to sit on. The pool is large, though it’s in the main building rather than the spa building, and there are only eight loungers. Don’t count on a great room view unless you pay more. If you’re unlucky, a standard room may face another wall of the building. Its location near the drinking gallery could have made this a great hotel, but the management and design choices mean we don’t want to return, at least not us. Having to ask for everything each time, even when staff do try to help, doesn’t make for a relaxing vacation.

I enjoyed my stay a lot, and the location and service were excellent. My one personal concern is that the medical facilities, sauna, pool, and other amenities are spread across five floors.

The location is right in the heart of Jermuk, with the water gallery, park, and other attractions just a short walk away. There’s private parking and even EV charging. Inside, everything at Moselle Armenia Wellness & Medical SPA Jermuk feels new, modern, very clean, and elegantly designed while still cozy, with plenty of natural light. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were professional, friendly, and ready to help. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and variety, and the dining room was well organized. The spotless indoor pool was relaxing, and there were other ways to spend time, including a games room, billiards, and a library. It felt like a five-star experience in Armenia. I’d recommend it whether you’re visiting for relaxation, spa treatments, or the town itself.

If you want to try all the treatments, I recommend staying at least 5-7 days. I had a wonderful stay at Muselle Hotel in Jermuk. The receptionists welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home from the start. The medical treatment center staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The food was very good too, with a nice range and quality. It’s a warm, pleasant place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to visitors to Jermuk.
