The staff were attentive and very polite, and the welcome was warm. My room felt cozy and was clean, with everything neat and comfortable. A hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good quality service. I’ll definitely come back, thank you!

Walking into the lobby made me feel like I’d stepped into Moscow. The designers deserve a bravo for the look of the place. Room service was top-notch, and the receptionist was so polite. I definitely recommend visiting this gorgeous hotel.

The main plus for us was the free pool for hotel guests, especially with children, since there isn’t much else to do in the city. Our room was large, with two small bedrooms and a hall. The mattresses were hard, though, and the room itself was old. Water from the shower ran into the room, so we had to put down rags. The Instagram room videos didn’t match what we found. There are nice rooms, but ours was shabby. When I asked for a room like the one in the video, they said those were already occupied and that they were renovating. I’d called and booked a week earlier, specifically checking whether the rooms matched what was shown.

I call these numbers to book, then the next day they phone back to say it’s not going to happen. They’re unreliable to deal with, and it’s impossible to plan a visit to Kapan this way.
