For a quick stop between flights, Otyak Hotel worked out perfectly. The room was comfortable, the service ran smoothly, and the staff were kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that a few of them also spoke German. Everything went as I needed it to. 5/5.

The meal alone was outrageous: almost 110 euros for a small chicken dish, fries, and a bottle of wine. The hotel-arranged taxi also cost far too much for a short trip. On top of that, the breakfast was poor, the bathroom smelled, and the door wouldn't lock. The hotel and rooms feel very old. We only stayed because of a layover. I wouldn't recommend it. For the same money, you could get a five-star hotel in the city with much better service.

My sister needed somewhere to rest in Yerevan after her flight was delayed, and the hotel gave her exactly that: a quiet, comfortable night between flights. I was arranging the stay from afar, including payment and airport pickup, and the team made it easy. I contacted them on WhatsApp, got a quick reply, and they organized the transfer and sent a secure payment link. They also made sure she could check in smoothly in the middle of the night. My sister was very happy, and I really appreciated how supportive they were while I was booking for a family member.
