The owner, who also runs the brewery, was really friendly and helped us arrange a taxi for our onward trip. The hotel is clean and sits back from the street, so it was fairly quiet. It’s in a convenient part of town, though not by the lakeshore. There’s a small restaurant out front where you can try the brewery’s pilsner and stout. Both were good, if a little mild.

This was the most comfortable place we’ve stayed in Armenia so far. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were settled, and the room was spotless with a really comfortable bed. It felt like being at home, and the price was great too. Thanks for everything!

We ate at the cafe several times and the food was very good, freshly cooked each time. The room was modern and very clean, and the location was great. The owner was warm and helpful. Easily our favorite stay in Armenia, with great value for the money. Highly recommend it.

The hotel also has its own beer brewery, and the owner was very friendly. Our stay was fantastic: everything was new and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location worked well. They provide the amenities you need. There’s no kettle in the room, but a hot and cold water dispenser is available in the lobby. About a four-minute walk away, there’s a bakery cafe kiosk by the roadside. Turn right after leaving the hotel to find it.
