I chose this accommodation because the photos showed a direct view of Lake Sevan. That was the main reason for booking, and I drove three hours to get there. At check-in, though, they tried to put me in a different room with a tiny window and no lake view at all. It didn’t look like the room in the listing. I found that misleading and unacceptable. After making such a long drive for that location, I was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if the lake view matters to you.

The restaurant was good, with tasty food, and breakfast was good too. The room was spacious and fairly clean, with a large bathroom and a beautiful view. It was good value. At night it got quite cold, and the furniture was old. The beds were worn and uncomfortable. 3.5/5

Lake Sevan looked fantastic from here, and the hotel was clean. The lake area was quiet, with waterfowl around. There were also a lot of cats nearby, closer than I was comfortable with since I’m allergic to cat fur.

The food was great, and everyone we met there was very nice. It’s a peaceful spot, well away from the city’s bustle, and the rooms are lovely.
