The view is excellent and the place itself is very beautiful, but the rooms are in bad shape. They're old and worn out, and there were spiders, bugs, and all kinds of insects inside. That's unacceptable. For the price, a hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details.

The staff are great, and the view is awesome. The restaurant staff are so cute and helpful ♥️. But there's no air conditioning or fan, and no TV, so you have to go to reception whenever you need anything.

At Tsovasar, the staff took care of everything, and meals were catered to our every need. They even gave us a complimentary boat ride to the island of birds. The sunsets over the water are breathtaking, and you'll fall in love with the place. The bungalows right by the water are a must if you're visiting Lake Sevan. They're luxurious, well appointed rooms, and their overlapping layout means every one has a perfect view. The infinity pool, sandy beach, and restaurant are just steps away. You'll feel like royalty.
