Major's House Hotel

Everyone was so kind to our dog, which meant a lot. The staff were very friendly, and the place was spotless, with thoughtful details throughout. We liked the design, quality furniture, and hot tub. Even the shampoo and lotion from Zara home were a cute touch. The kitchen deserves credit too. We didn't expect such a good steak, but it surprised us and was on par with what you'd get at a good restaurant in Yerevan. The other food was tasty as well.

Tata and her team were incredibly hospitable and helpful. We drove from Georgia to Yerevan in May 2024 and stayed at the Major’s Boutique Hotel Stepanavan, which was ideally placed for a break on the long Tbilisi to Yerevan trip. Though the kitchen usually closes at 10 p.m., they prepared a hot meal for us after 11 p.m. The hotel is very well equipped, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. We'd be happy to return anytime.

We had a great room with a terrace, and breakfast was very nice. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is modern and clean. It's in a lovely location near the park and a pleasant walking area.

The restaurant was a real highlight, with very tasty food, even better than many places in Yerevan. Service was awesome, and the rooms are comfortable with a nice design. I think it's one of the best hotels in Armenia, and well worth coming for a peaceful rest.
