Even though I turned up close to 22:00 with no reservation, the owners welcomed me straight away and found me a cozy room. They speak English, are really friendly, and made me feel at home. Breakfast was simple, tasty, and plenty to get the day started. It’s a lovely B&B in the beautiful village of Tartev, and I’d happily come back. A tip: book with the owners directly. They can reserve the room right away, and you pay the same price while saving them the booking platform fees.

The hostess was incredibly kind, and the garden was beautiful. I especially loved breakfast, it was my best experience of local food in Armenia ❤️

I loved the family who hosted us. Aida was caring and lovely, and worked hard all the time, both in the kitchen and out on the land. Staying here felt like experiencing life on a farm, and I’d say it’s a must try. The map pin wasn’t quite right, so we had to ask how to find the place. We also had some trouble communicating and used Google Translate.
