The surrounding nature was breathtaking, and the pool and sauna stood out for us. Service was excellent, and the friendly, attentive staff helped make the atmosphere warm and relaxing. There were plenty of ways to enjoy our time at this wonderful complex. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfort and relaxation clearly in mind. If you want a peaceful, comfortable, high-quality stay in Tsaghkadzor, I recommend Tsaghkadzor Alvina Complex. The amenities are top-notch and the welcome makes the visit feel special. Thanks for such a lovely experience. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment was spotless, and everything was arranged thoughtfully, so it felt like a home away from home. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free too. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere convenient and relaxing.

The renovation looks good, but there’s no maintenance service. We waited four hours and they still couldn’t give us our second room. They kept saying breakfast would be ready soon, all the way until 12:00, but it never arrived. No hygiene supplies were brought either, not even shampoo or pool gel, and at first they asked us to pay for them. With all the construction, it was noisy, and some windows faced straight onto the work site. This wasn’t a vacation, it was a nightmare.

The hotel looks beautiful, but I was very displeased with the stay. Our room bed was very dirty, and basic hygiene items were missing, including hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other things. Service was the worst. We were told breakfast would arrive at 11:00, but by 12:30 it still hadn’t come. On our first day, they didn’t give us the second room until 17:00.

A nice place to stay, with a clean pool, though entry costs extra. Our host Emilya was very good. I recommend apartment number 162. It’s self check-in too.
