Our guest house was warm, well equipped, and an easy walk from the centre of Tsaghkadzor, with its restaurants and shops. The rooms and facilities were great. The concierge and reception were consistently helpful, even when they couldn’t fix an issue right away. Recommended!

I booked through Booking.com, then received messages there and on WhatsApp with a link to pay. Can someone confirm whether the people contacting me are with the property management or if this could be a scam? I’m also wondering why the payment hasn’t been charged through Booking.com directly. Please let me know so I can be sure before paying. Thank you.

I paid a little over $100 per night for four people, which seemed like good value to me. The private unit had two bedrooms and was cheap in my opinion. The room was noisy, though, from outside and from next door. The service was normal for Armenia, so don’t expect much! Also, water leaked onto the bathroom floor when we showered. Sorry, but I’d drop the room rating from four stars to three.

The cottages are warm and cozy, and it’s an easy walk to a bank, supermarket, and restaurants. A pleasant place to stay in Tsaghadzor. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Bebken, if I’ve got his name right, he was awesome!

We had already paid $150, but didn’t like the place and wanted to have dinner before leaving. They said they wouldn’t refund the money if we didn’t stay overnight, and that they CANNOT serve dinner either. That’s a pretty cool way to run a business. The place felt awful and unfriendly.
