Trash pickup is unreliable, which leaves bad smells and brings problems with stray animals. The management company does almost nothing to improve residents’ living conditions, leaving decisions to residents and making things harder. Utilities, including light, water, and electricity, are repeatedly shut off, sometimes several times in a week, making it difficult to live and work there. Gas leaks have been found more than once, and action only followed after residents sounded the alarm and called the gas company. Also, the building owner keeps a dog on the property that barks and whines constantly in its enclosure, at any hour. For nine months this has disrupted the peace of residents with north-facing windows. I wouldn’t recommend the building for either daily or long-term rent. Alvina residential complex is opposite it and may be worth considering.

There’s no sidewalk beside the road, and the house is far from both the center and the ski lift, high up on a mountain. It’s a huge building with poor soundproofing, more like a human-sized hive. Construction next door never seems to stop, while dogs bark and howl day and night. The parking lot fills up on weekends because the underground parking is still being built. I’d only choose it as a last resort.

The view from the window is mesmerizing, and I love how far this place feels from civilization. When I come here, I don’t feel like going home. Maybe I’ve been lucky with quiet neighbors, because noise hasn’t been a problem for me. It feels like an introvert’s paradise. Here’s the view from the window and balcony!)))
