The view was breathtaking and made our stay feel special. Service was excellent too, especially from HRACH. Brother, your kindness and constant smile made the experience memorable for us. The property looks luxurious and well designed, and it seems quite new, having opened about six months ago. Our room’s air conditioning didn’t work properly, though, and the toilet water was extremely cold. We also had a cupule massage at the spa. The setting is luxurious, but children often opened the spa door, and noise from the pool could be heard clearly. In the ladies’ area, the staff member was frequently checking her phone, which took away from the experience.

We had a comfortable, relaxed family stay in the mountains and will book again. Sia Resort is close to everything in Tsaghkadzor, and the rooms and staff made a great impression. Garnik, the general manager, and Harut were especially helpful and kind, as were the rest of the team. Our suite was spacious, very clean, and done in a modern style. The bathroom was large and bright, and the heating worked quietly and well. We didn’t get to try the heated pool or spa this time, but hope to next visit. There was a mix-up in the system about whether breakfast was included. I showed my online booking, they checked with management, and it was sorted out in under two minutes. No complaints. The hotel was completed in September 2025, and we stayed here on our trip to Tsaghkadzor.

We had a calm, cozy, comfortable stay at sia, and the place was well equipped. The smart TV was a nice touch. I’d like to visit in summer too, as it should be a different kind of experience. A mirror by the minibar would be easier to use than having only the bathroom one, and a standing lamp in the living room would be handy at night. If you’re ordering dinner from the restaurant, don’t leave it too late in case they’ve run out of something you want. Service still needs a little time, which makes sense if they’ve only recently opened. And do try their petit, it’s free and tastes amazing.

The pool and spa were the only really good part of the stay. We were there with a group, and everyone had the same issue with the rooms: the heat was stuck at 25°C and couldn’t be adjusted from the console, so we slept with the balcony open. Our double room was small and hard to manage with luggage, and it had only one bathrobe. Breakfast was a mess. There was one coffee machine, which meant a 20 minute queue, and they ran out of mugs and milk. The waiters didn’t take action until we prompted them. The food itself was OK. The staff were nice but seemed untrained and very young, and weren’t able to help much beyond smiling. The hotel is on the outskirts, far from downtown. All in all, it was very disappointing and not worth the money.
