I really enjoyed staying here with friends earlier this week, including the meals and facilities. The hotel was conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The reception, dining room, and my room were clean; the food was tasty and varied. My room, bed, and couch were comfortable, it was pleasantly warm on a cold day and night, and the WiFi worked well. The facilities met our needs except that there was no screen in the meeting room for my PowerPoint presentation. They provided shampoo, but there was no soap in the bathroom or shower.

The welcome was all smiles, but the stay was a mess 😡 Towels came only hours after check-in, despite several reminders, because they supposedly hadn't been washed or dried yet. Toiletries were just shampoo and disposable slippers, even though we stayed 2-3 days. Toilet paper was a disaster, and the trash sat for days without being emptied, even after we asked. And be careful with the rocking chairs, you could tear more than your clothes on them 😏🤨
