This was the best of all the places I stayed in Armenia. We were there in November, close to winter, but the room was warm and spacious, and the toilet was really clean. They provide amenities too. It’s a guesthouse with hotel-level service, and the owner is very friendly.

Harut and Anush are delightful, and I keep coming back whenever I’m in Vanadzor. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable, with a great bed and soft sunlight coming through the windows. There are thoughtful little extras too, like water bottles, coffee packets, and a robe. The location is convenient, and it’s such a good deal for the price.

It’s a big house with a beautiful mountain view, and the guesthouse feels like a hotel, or even better. The rooms were quite large and super clean, and breakfast was great. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting Armenia.
