Tezh Ler Resort

We came at the end of March and found what felt like deep winter, with loads of snow! The rooms stayed warm and were clean, and the service was top quality 💪. Tucked among the mountains and forest, it's a wonderful place to enjoy nature, and it's friendly for kids. We really enjoyed our vacation here ❤️

The cottages are cozy and lovely, set amid nature with mountains all around and domestic animals nearby. I was fascinated by the scenery and really liked the place. The rooms and service left me very satisfied, and I'd love to come back. Definitely recommend it.

I booked Tezh Ler Resort for a quiet birthday break with my dog because it was advertised as pet-friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the service and communication made the stay very disappointing. Before booking, I called three times to check that I could bring my dog. They only said she would be my responsibility, which I was fine with. Once we arrived, though, I was told the resort wasn't actually pet-friendly and that they were making an exception for us. Nobody had mentioned that in those calls, even though I asked directly. If I'd known, I would've booked somewhere else. They said I could have meals in my room, but there was no table, so I would've had to eat on the bed. The other suggestion was to use the bar, away from the other guests. I agreed to that at first, but the arrangements kept changing. On my birthday, the bar was closed for breakfast, and I had to explain the whole situation to staff myself. For dinner, I was told to leave my dog alone in the room, collect my food from the restaurant, then eat at the bar. It felt like nobody was willing to accommodate me on a special day. When I raised this with the manager, they replied sarcastically, “This is not your baby; it’s just a dog.” That was disrespectful and uncalled for. After the poor treatment, I chose to leave early. It took many messages to get a refund for the unused night, and I still don't know whether the amount was right. If a hotel advertises that it's pet-friendly, it should communicate the terms clearly and treat guests with pets respectfully. I hope management takes this seriously and improves its transparency and service.

You go for the nature here, with the pine trees and lovely surroundings. The cottages are super modern, and the staff are modest and responsive. Food is so-so, served Swedish style, where you choose what you want for breakfast and supper. There's not much entertainment, though sometimes they have music and drinks in the evening. It stays moderate, with no drunken fights.
