The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a clean, comfortable bathroom. I felt unsure when I first arrived, but the owner came over and made me feel welcome right away. She was so friendly and clearly wanted to do all she could for us. I’d recommend this place 100%.

These are clean, modern rooms with private bathrooms, good air-conditioning, and a modern TV. It’s a great place to stop on a trip north or south, and handy for visiting Noravank Monastery. This is just a room stay, not a hotel, and finding the entrance off the main road was a little tricky.

The staff were very friendly and the place was pretty clean. Its crossroads location works well if you’re heading to Yerevan, Lake Sevan, or Syunik, and it’s a good place to sleep while travelling through Armenia. We had trouble getting the odd shower system to work, but after messaging the owner and restarting the heating a few times, we managed to get water warm enough for a shower.
