The surrounding nature is beautiful and peaceful, and most of the staff were kind and welcoming. But smoke from the chimney was constant. I could smell it on the balcony and sometimes inside the room, so the outdoor space was unpleasant instead of offering fresh mountain air. There was trash around the grounds too, which was disappointing in such a scenic spot. The room renovation felt basic and cheap for the price, and the restaurant was absurdly expensive, even compared with most places in central Yerevan. It seems the hotel leans on its surroundings while overlooking comfort, cleanliness, and reasonable service. With better management and fair prices it could be wonderful, but as it is, I can’t recommend staying here.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help, which may be the hotel’s main advantage. The setting is beautiful, quiet, and full of stunning views, but the stay itself was disappointing. There were so many flies at breakfast that eating was unpleasant. The grounds seemed neglected, with little care for cleanliness or maintenance, and the room felt worn out and poorly looked after. Though you’d expect fresh mountain air here, smoke from the briquettes used for hot water filled the whole area and spoiled the atmosphere. Despite the location and the staff’s efforts, the accommodation didn’t match the standard claimed.

We had a big room, friendly staff, and an amazing location. Horse riding and the other activities were great too. A few things could be added: breakfast options for Muslims, more drinks such as hot chocolate, slippers in the room, and drinking water. There weren’t any water bottles in the room.

A great base for 2-3 days of adventure in a majestic setting, especially for anyone who loves animals and the outdoors. Friendly dogs, cats, and horses wander around the property.
