The breakfast was nice, but the dining room felt too small for the number of rooms, and the tables and especially the chairs looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. I didn't manage to take photos. We also couldn't open our window for fresh air because our room had no mosquito net. I heard people say some rooms had no AC either, a serious concern in weather around 35°C. Our bathroom had a strong canalisation-like smell, very rusty shower railings, and strange stuff running down the wall from the ceiling. The carpet hadn't been cleaned, there were pumpkin seeds and hair on the floor, and odd black marks on the toilet wouldn't come off. The hotel looks extremely luxurious from its name and lobby photos, but it fell far short of that. I don't think it's a four-star hotel. We were a family of three but got a room for two, with two beds. The third sleeping spot was a literal couch, extremely uncomfortable, and I had back aches for days. They only put it in after we arrived, and the room had just two waters, towels, and sets of amenities. I felt discriminated against. As an apology, I was given cut up fruit, the same kind served at breakfast every day, probably from that day's breakfast. When we said I couldn't sleep in that bed again, the staff argued with my father, said he didn't know anything, and asked how much he'd paid. It took about an hour of him insisting before they brought a mattress so I could get some sleep. It was dragged along the floor to our room, was ripped, and smelled a bit. The managers were on a break and said they couldn't help, offering only the same room or an even worse, dirty one. We've traveled a lot and never seen a four-star hotel unable to provide a three-person room with three normal beds. Even a hostel could do better. We were with a group and couldn't sleep somewhere else, so we had to stay. As a family, we're extremely disappointed.

Right in central Yerevan, this is a nice hotel. The room feels a bit old, but it's still pleasant. Service was good, and breakfast came included with a varied menu.

The interior design looked impressive, but the state of the room was awful for a hotel that should provide basic cleanliness and amenities. The sheets were dirty, the toilet was broken, and the AC didn't work, so the room was uncomfortable. Dusty carpet, poor cleaning, and a rotten smell made it worse. Breakfast wasn't up to standard either, and the chairs in the service area were dusty. My stay at Imperial Palace hotel was overwhelmingly negative. The rooms and services need a complete renovation and upgrade. I wouldn't recommend Imperial Palace hotel in its current state.

Housekeeping were consistently helpful, greeted us warmly, and always had a smile. Check-in and checkout were excellent and hassle free. I stayed here on my last trip to Yerevan and can't wait to come back. Keep it up, see you next time.

The location is good, right in the middle of the city, and breakfast was good too. But our room for two was too small and not well maintained. The reception staff couldn't speak English well, and the staff weren't cooperative with customers. The restaurant is cramped, so people walking past kept bumping into our chairs.
