Anga Yerevan Hotel

The room was dusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned before my family arrived, which made us very uncomfortable. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional and didn't know how to speak to guests. When we asked for help at night, they said no staff were available and told us to come back the next day. Poor service and cleanliness, with no hospitality. This was one of the worst places I've stayed in Armenia, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The halal food options were a real plus for me as a Muslim, and the food itself was good. I stayed for nine days in a room that was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was a true 10/10. All the staff were respectful, polite, cooperative, and very helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Erika, who was especially kind and professional, though everyone was great. I wish them continued success. If I visit Yerevan again, I'd choose this same hotel without hesitation.

The balcony view was lovely, and the restaurant prices were low compared with the city center. Everyone we met, from the doorman to reception and the restaurant and breakfast buffet staff, was kind, attentive, and ready to help with even small requests. Great service all around, and I’d recommend the hotel and its friendly team.

Breakfast changed every day, which was great. The hotel was perfect, and a special thanks to Manuel, Erika, and Maya. You were wonderful!
