Apart-Otel Nine Rooms

This was our second time staying at this comfortable Yerevan hotel, and we were there for exactly two weeks. The studio is spacious, decorated in calming colors, and the bathroom is high quality, with Grohe faucets, which was a nice surprise. We cooked dinner in the kitchenette two or three times a week, and it had everything we needed, including pots, cutlery, and basic spices. You can do laundry there too, with a dryer and detergent provided. The sheets and towels were new. Rooms are cleaned if you hang the sign on the door. We'll come back again 👍🏻

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and microwave, which came in handy. A good apartment with all the essentials.

For the price, this is a great hotel, and the staff are friendly. The renovation clearly wasn't done on the cheap: it has Grohe plumbing, a Mitsubishi air conditioner, and a hair dryer that dries quickly without that burnt-plastic smell you get in many hotels. There's also a washer and dryer. I'd recommend it.

It's a quiet, nine-room hotel on the second floor, in a wing of the building. Most things seem almost new, and the staff are friendly. My room had a microwave, stovetop, fridge, cookware, washer, and dryer. I'm unsure how check-in works, and reception isn't open around the clock. Cooking wasn't very convenient, and the dishes weren't clean enough. Room 8's air conditioner was noisy and bothered me at night. Since the hotel is upstairs on the second floor, getting a suitcase up there is a bit of a haul.
