We were six people and stayed for six nights, with a great time in this apartment right in the heart of Yerevan. Vahe was a friendly host and happy to answer our questions. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. There's a comfortable living room for coffee, breakfast, or dinner, and lots of restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets less than a minute away on foot.

The apartment is small but clean, and we didn't lack for anything. It's in the center, but the windows look onto the courtyard, so it's quiet. The air conditioning was great. The owner was friendly and very helpful, always available, and got us settled very early in the morning. We'd love to come back.
