Armenia Hotel

It was a quiet, relaxing stay in a well-kept, comfortable room with the amenities I needed. The location was just right, close to everything but still peaceful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.

There was a booking mix-up at first and our room got canceled, but they invited us back and upgraded our room. It was clean, with a nice big bed and a balcony.

The staff are really attentive, and the hotel is spotless. I’ve stayed here twice already and will definitely come back for a third time 💞

I booked the night before my late flight so I could rest, and checked in beforehand that an early morning arrival would be okay. I was told the front desk was open 24 hours. On the day, though, they messaged to say early check-in wasn’t possible until 9 a.m., even though I’d paid for the night. I stayed at the airport, exhausted, and when I got to the hotel they said they’d canceled my booking because they thought I wasn’t coming. They sent me to a sister hotel at the same price, but the stay ended up costing more and it was far from the tourist sights. Maybe they overbook regularly, maybe it was a bait and switch. Either way, I felt they had no respect for customers. It was a rough start to my Armenia trip, and I left expecting more scams at every turn. Avoid this place.
