The online photos don’t show the actual state of this place. The furniture is worn and neglected, rooms are poorly maintained and smell musty and foul, and the bathrooms are unhygienic, with drainage flies and unbearable odors. It’s advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it doesn’t meet even basic budget-stay standards. I strongly advise against staying here, especially with children. It doesn’t feel safe or clean. Save yourself the frustration and pick a reputable place. A definite no from us.

We liked the grounds, set away from roads, and the two water parks, one indoors and one outside, are included. The hotel is a great choice for families with kids, and the rooms have all the basics. Staff were helpful when asked, and Russian worked for communication. Breakfast was very good, though you have to walk to where it’s served. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, so I can’t give five stars. Service without being asked also has plenty of room to improve.

Please skip this place, especially if you’re travelling with family and kids. Don’t trust the photos. The rooms are badly maintained, the bathrooms stink and have drainage flies everywhere, and the furniture is dirty and smelly. Calling this a hotel, let alone a 3-star hotel, feels like a terrible scam. It doesn’t even qualify as a hotel. A big no!

A terrible experience with family and kids. The beds were unhygienic, the washrooms smelled, and flies were all over. This place is horribly maintained. Please skip it and do yourselves a favor, maybe sleep in your cars. A big no!
