The staff were helpful, though most communication was in Russian, and they would call someone who spoke English. The neighborhood was convenient but a little surprising. There's a fruit shop downstairs, and a woman there speaks excellent English and is very helpful. The rooms are clean, new, and good quality, right on the edge of Yerevan city center. Having a washing machine, a small tub of washing powder in the bathroom drawer, and a drying rack on the balcony was brilliant and much appreciated.

Everything seems fine, but parking can be a problem. When there's no space, you can park on the street next to the hotel on the right, then walk a short way back.
