Our room was spacious and light, with a lovely balcony to sit on. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were polite, attentive, and professional, and every interaction felt thoughtful and easy. Hotel Avenue 30 sits in a courtyard right in the heart of Yerevan, so it was peaceful despite being so central. The main attractions, restaurants, and cultural landmarks were all an easy walk away, which made exploring simple. We had one of the finest hotel stays we've ever had. Thank you, Hotel Avenue 30, for making it so memorable.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms, breakfast, location, service, and value were all just perfect. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Breakfast was really, really good, with lots of variety. The courtyard location is central but quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the price was extremely good value.

We were three adults and found the room spacious and cozy. The hotel was extremely clean, breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were very friendly. It's right downtown, set in the middle of the block, so there wasn't any street noise. Thanks for a great stay!
