We couldn't have asked for more from our stay in January 2026. Robert and Eric made a real difference for our little family, going out of their way to make everything comfortable and memorable. It was extremely cold outside, with snow everywhere, but the apartment was cozy and heated perfectly, so we slept very comfortably. It was spotless, fresh, and felt brand new. The location was excellent, close to everything, including Republic Square, with plenty of restaurants nearby and taxis easy to find. The apartment had everything we needed: umbrellas, a shoe shine kit, shower sponges, shower gel, shampoo, slippers, dental kits, bathrobes, three TVs, very high-speed internet, a full kitchen with utensils, a microwave, two mini fridges, and a washing machine. Robert and Eric also helped arrange tours outside of Yerevan to the most popular attractions, made sure we had a taxi to the airport, and kindly extended checkout to fit our flight schedule. We're extremely happy with every part of the stay. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. We wish you continued success and hope we can come back someday.

The location was excellent, and the hotel was clean and well organized. A sincere thank you to Mr. Robert for his kindness, wonderful hospitality, and steady support. He was always available and helped make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

This place felt like a complete scam. We were left waiting out on the street for 25 minutes just to check in. The supposedly free breakfast was another letdown. I've attached a photo showing what they served for two people. The drain didn't work, which made showering really difficult. Save your money and book somewhere else. There's a good chance some of the other reviews you see aren't legitimate.

My partner raised the issue that breakfast wasn't at the same premises, but a 10-minute walk away, despite what was advertised. We believe that's a breach of the consumer contract. The business responded with fabricated claims about noise and other things, which was completely unprofessional. Please avoid this place so you don't go through the same experience. We're currently filing an official complaint with booking.

Robert deserves a big thank you for the thoughtful help. We forgot our iPad, and he made sure it was securely delivered back to us. The staff's hospitality stood out throughout our family Christmas holiday at Avenue ApartHotel, and we felt well cared for. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the main attractions. Highly recommend it for families.
