Azoyan Guest House

My mother was very comfortable at Azayan Guest House. The team paid close attention to her comfort and well-being, and their care was outstanding. The location was great for exploring, near Yerevan’s main attractions and charming restaurant streets. They arranged airport transfers and even met her at the airport with a sign bearing her name. Thanks so much for the warm hospitality. Everything was handled at a very high level, and I highly recommend it.

The room was warm, spacious, clean, and cozy, which was especially nice in winter. The breakfast was lovely and clearly made with care, and the hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The place feels central but stays quiet, with parking a short walk away. I travel a lot, and this is easily one of the best places I've stayed. The host also kindly helped with my special requests. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Being able to use the kitchen and help myself to free tea and coffee was handy, and the historic building and well-kept rooms made for a comfortable stay. The location is central, just a short walk from Vernisssage Market and Republic Square, yet the guesthouse stays quiet at night. What I remember most is how thoughtfully the hosts looked after me. Diana welcomed me when I arrived very early and brought me coffee, pancakes, and homemade jams. Luisine checked that everything was all right and arranged a quick, efficient airport transfer. I had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.

Lusine, the owner, made such an effort to help me feel welcome, both at the guest house and in Yerevan. She arranged transport and always took the time to offer recommendations when I asked. I also saw her doing the same for other guests. Diana keeps the place spotless and makes breakfast, and she was a delight to see each morning. The guest house is a lovely, cozy place to come back to, even though it's only a few minutes from Republic square. I really enjoyed the quiet escape from the busy streets. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I'll stay here again when I'm back.
