The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and kept in good shape, but it was the staff who made the stay especially memorable. They were kind and polite throughout, and even gave us a gift from the front office. A big thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. Wishing them continued success!

We found the hotel a great value for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the central location and amenities made it feel like a good deal. Breakfast was another highlight, with lots of fresh choices, from local dishes to international favorites, all delicious and high quality. The staff were helpful, professional, and welcoming from check-in onward. We were also perfectly placed for the holiday atmosphere, just a pleasant short walk from the Christmas Market and the city's giant mast tree. It was easy to head out for hot cocoa or shopping without a long commute. Whether visiting for Christmas or on business, I'd happily stay here again.

The staff were respectful and genuinely caring, and the service was excellent. When I had trouble ordering food on my phone, one of them let me use their phone to place the order, which I really appreciated. Best Western Plus Congress Hotel is also in a very convenient spot, just a short walk from Republic Square. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

I come back here whenever I'm in Yerevan. It's only a few minutes from republic square, and I especially like the breakfast spread. There's also a nice pool with food outside.

Our flight was cancelled, so Wizz Air put us up here for the night. Reception was friendly and check-in went quickly. The rooms were clean, though traffic noise came through, probably more so because we had a first-floor room in this older hotel. Breakfast was a nice surprise. There were plenty of healthy choices and a variety of very fresh nuts that I hadn't expected.
