Bien hotel

The staff were friendly and willing to help. They even let us come to breakfast early once because we had a long journey ahead, and the coffee was made to order, which was lovely. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel is easy to reach by car. Friends recommended it, and a taxi to the center cost 1300 AMD (business). It's not right in the center, but that still makes the location a 4+ for me. There was a small construction site nearby, though it didn't bother us. The pillows were genuinely good, the towels always fresh, and the cleaning acceptable. The bathroom smelled of sewage for two days, apparently because of the drain, but opening its window helped. I'd be glad to return. Thanks to the hotel :)

The pool was a lovely bonus in hot Yerevan, and the hotel was brand new and kept very clean and tidy. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every person we dealt with, from the manager and receptionists to security, was smiling, friendly, and keen to help with all our requests. They sorted early check-in, laundry, and a tour for us. The service felt five-star. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location worked well for us, near the important Museum of Armenian Genocide and a large shopping mall, with the beautiful Erevan centre only a five-minute taxi ride away. The rooms were comfortable, and the big pool was a great place to swim and relax in the hot summer. Everyone was kind, supportive, and friendly, including the director and receptionist. We highly recommend the hotel. Five stars!
