Bloom Hotel Yerevan

Getting around was easy thanks to the excellent drivers the hotel arranged, and its location near the city center was convenient for exploring Yerevan. Our rooms were well maintained, and the service was attentive, friendly, and always offered with a smile. From the moment we arrived at Bloom Hotel, the welcome was warm. The staff went out of their way to make us feel valued and comfortable. If you're looking for hospitality and great service in Yerevan, Bloom Hotel is a wonderful choice. Helen made everything feel so much smoother and easier, and helped make the trip a lot of fun ❤️ The rooms were quaint and cozy, and the whole place felt welcoming. We stayed three nights and couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere.

Mr. Gilbert at reception was very accommodating and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. Ms. Helen, the manager, was also a big help and such a jolly person to talk with. We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and felt safe. Highly recommend it, and we'll be back and tell our family and friends visiting Armenia.

Helen was easy to reach and helped us with the city tour and getting oriented in the room. The service was good, and the English-speaking staff made communication easy. Breakfast is served at the nearby Nuryan restaurant, just a one-minute walk around the back. The hotel is easy to access from the road, and there are several room types. Our room faced the mountain, and the rooftop gives you a feel for both the city and the mountains. Most city tour attractions are walkable, roughly 20-30 minutes away. The room had a heater for winter, a water heater for hot water, toiletries including shampoo, soap, and slippers, plus a comb and toothpaste on request. There was an electric kettle, tea bags, coffee, milk powder, enough sockets, and a wardrobe. Overall, a good experience.
