The breakfast was a real letdown. There were boiled eggs but no omelette or fried eggs, and the coffee was ordinary, made ahead, and not even hot by the time I had it. Maybe it had been hot at the start of breakfast. I liked the central location, the rooms, and the service. But when I asked for a backup wake-up call at 3am before leaving for the airport, the receptionist wasn’t sure she’d hear the alarm. The call never came. I doubt she set it at all, even though the service is listed on the site.

The staff are so warm and hospitable, and the hotel is spotless and well kept. No surprise it’s often fully booked, so find a slot before your trip to Yerevan. The service was perfect.

After a long walking tour, the clean, cozy room was a relaxing place to come back to. The hotel is in the city, close to attractions, and I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks to the Bonjour Team, and to Ms. Josie of Classy Cozy.

The room was way too hot, and when I complained they said they couldn’t do anything 😡

A small hotel with a big heart, and people who make it feel very representative of Armenia. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast was really good, with homemade jams and compot. I’d highly recommend staying here.
